Post Valentine's day wrap up...

It actually stopped raining Saturday morning so dh and I went to an italian restaruant while my mom babysat for us. It was so nice to have time alone together... Unfortunately, we came home to find our heat not working and our landlord was out of town.

We tried to brave it out for a few hours, until Todd started breathing badly again and we figured the cold air couldn't be good for him. Then we packed up and stayed at my mom's place, which was NOT how we'd hoped to spend VD :)

This morning Todd went to church with us, and the landlord came by and fixed our heat (thank goodness. Our family in Chicago would laugh, but Texas is a pretty cold state for a change!)

Despite the fact that I despise fanfiction.net I stumbled upon a hilarious HP slash parody today. Of course,it's only funny if you've read LOTS of crappy Harry Potter slash with poor plot devices.
