end of weekend
Sep. 12th, 2004 10:47 pmFound out the guy whose car we hit last month is suing us for damages :( We're guessing it's because his car was an ancient piece of junk before we hit it and he was offered a pathetic amount to replace it rahter than repair it. Guess he's counting on a settlement from our insurance. Interesting that if he was so hurt, he refused to let the ambulance check him over and drove away of his own power (our car otoh was completely undrivable...) Whatever @_@
I have a new favorite movie! I rented "Love Actually" despite the fact that it stars Hugh Grant and I hate his guts. I love it so much, and not just because Liam Neesan is in it. A very, very good movie- rent it if you haven't seen it. I will be buying it when I have a bit of cash. The music from it is good too. I also want to find the soundtrack to "Jersy Girl" - which we watched as well. It's only redeeming points? cute kid and JLo dies five minutes into the film. Thank God she didn't appear for the entire film and Liv Tyler was actually funny...
We are officially cosleeping this week because Fox is refusing to sleep in his own bed (not that I can blame him since I don't prefer to sleep alone and I'm an adult). He's teething badly and quite moody this week. He's standing more and more, and we got him one of those little push toys that help babies learn to walk. He can actually make it across the room using it.
That's all. Tomu's out playing poker tonight and the toddler is sleeping in my bed...
