Aug. 15th, 2008 07:27 amStill a bit puny today. Doctor gave me some "magic pills" that settled my stomach and actually make me feel hungry. I'm stil not eating much though, but I'm also on antibiotics so my stomach and I are not on friendly terms.
Today is the first day of staff development in preparation for the school year starting next week. I have never had a single school year without my EA who had been there for years, and my new EA has never even worked at the school before. The paperwork alone this year is going to be hell... I am as nervous as a first year teacher, and I always hate the first 2 weeks of school.
Heather hasn't popped yet. The suspence is killing us all. "C'mon kiddo, time to greet the world while I can still take time to visit ;)"
That's all. Off to work. Fox is very sad to be going back to school, despite promises of Chuck E. Cheese later. I can kinda understand being a stay at home mom now, but it's not a financial option for us. Plus I would kill Tomu for constantly asking what I've done all day. It was a nice summer though.
