What's next? If a woman smokes while pregnant or chooses to have a home birth will she be arrested for child endangerment or murder?

The comment at the end of the article about first-time c-sections isn't even relevant! She'd already had at least one previous c-section...

I think she was selfish but the charge is insane!!
