My week has not been fun. Somehow, something I took for my strep throat last week has triggered my long latent migraines. I haven't had one in over 4 years, but now I have one that has lasted almost 5 days. No matter what painkiller, muscle relaxer or migraine medicene I take - I can't get this migraine to end. It's dulled, it's lessened, but it won't go away.

I'd forgotten how it feels to live with this. Gah!

I've been to the doctor 3 times in a week! Now I'm waiting for a nurse to call me back because I refuse to go in again. I've got to get rid of this thing before Monday when I start teaching classes. As it is, I worked registration yesterday, and it was NOT fun...

Is there a patron saint of migraine headaches to appeal to? I'm tired of this!

I've also discovered that me + migraine = bad mommy. Fox is freaked out over "Mommy not feeling good" and he is really freaked out by "mommy doesn't want to play with me" and "mommy gets mad and leaves the room" when he starts yelling and jumping around". My nerves are just RAW, and I can't deal with a small child right now. Today was my ONLY day off before summer school and I wanted to spend it doing things with Fox, instead he is at his babysitter's house and I'm not picking him up until dinnertime. Poor kid...
