So pulling Fox out of the neighbor's childcare is proving to be beyond awkward. She is not happy and pretty much begged to do anything I wanted if I would keep him there, but I just don't feel like I can trust her now. If she thinks it's okay to hit my kid without permission, what else might she do to him?

Granted she's nice and I think she's a pretty good mom, but that's not good enough for my child! We're starting at the preschool 2 times this week, and I have to pay her for the next 2 weeks, so I'm going to leave Fox there for just a few hours at a time about 2 times this week and next...

I hate having to uproot Fox again, and I hate that I know it will be hard for him - but Children's Courtyard will be so much safer and more stimulating for him. They even have Spanish language speaking teachers who teach the kids Spanish 1 day a week.

But I still hate this. It sooo sucks to be a working mom and try to find good childcare :(

Tell her to stop beating your kid when you specifically ask not to.
