mockingbirdqOur house is clean, or was on Monday. Not "stuff picked up and thrown into hiding clean" but actual clean. Tomu and I stayed up half the night twice to accomplish this. I even scrubbed the floorboards @_@
We only managed to paint the guest room though. It is a soft blue now and very pretty. Edo has come and gone with his 7 Japanese students - the 10 year olds were so cute! Edo is right when he said they are NOT like American kids their age. It was amazing to watch them cooperate like adults @_@
Fox has done great on the potty training - real underwear and hardly any accidents now. Yah! He is also at the Pre-K and loves it. Double Yah!
1 more week of freedom and then back to school - new bosses for both school and district, plus the government sticking its nose in everything. Yuck.
Worried about Heathersegrest and hoping everything goes well for her. Send her positve vibes...
Now if LJ will just stop deleting accounts without notice! If my favorite people keep getting thrown out, then I may have to switch to a different service, and I've been with LJ for years. Bleah!!
