My two week old car just went into the shop with a faulty fuel pump. I am NOT amused to lose my new car for an entire day. grrr...

Fox just woke up yelling "I don't want to play with the baby!" I talked to him about it, and apparently he had a dream that I "got a baby" in his words and he didn't want to play with it, or see me holding it. I don't think he's ready for a sibling yet ;)

It's all my fault. He's been excited about wanting a baby for months now, but the other day we were in a waiting room next to a lady with a 3 week old baby, screaming his lungs out. I jokingly told Fox, "See, that's what babies do a lot". He was horrified by the noise.

He's now been asking for a kitten instead. Except he claims that "baby cats don't grow bigger. They stay small!". I wish, Babe...

Oh he'll make noise in public- he just doesn't like the sound of babies crying. Today we were getting lots of stares in Target as he sang "Trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat. If you don't, I won't care, I will pull your underwear!" quite loudly. I finally had to threaten various evil things in his ear (like no Chaotic cards) in order to shut him up.

Joys of parenthood. I'm constantly amazed my parents let me survive to adulthood!
