Finally!

Had my dr. appointment today and I am finally 1cm dialated! Not that that means much (women apparently can walk around a few centimeters dialated for weeks before giving birth) but at least I feel like I'm finally making some progress :)

I'm a little grumpy at my OB however. He did something VERY painful during the exam today and I've been having cramps and contractions (not steady unfortunately) ever since. I'm wondering if he stripped my membranes without informing me first...

Oh, and I also lost my mucous plug tonight (I know, TMI ;) Feeling much more optimistic that maybe I won't require an induction. Dr. is giving me another week to see if I'll go into labor naturally.

Now if I could just get DH to paint the baby crib before said baby arrives... I'll nag him again tomorrow :)
