Well, I'm finally managing to update for the first time in a week. We got DSL for Xmas, but dh had problems getting it to work. It's still not loading some sites correctly....

Got lots of anime for Christmas, mostly due to our local On Cue store going out of business. Today everything left was 90% off!! $3 anime DVDs and $1 manga - Whoo Hoo :)

I've got the Kare Kano box set, Descendants of Darkness, Saiyuki, Ai Yori Aoshi and more. Good thing since I'm spending all my nights awake and there is nothing on TV. Todd still has his days and nights switched and I'm not getting much sleep.

I'm holding him as I type since he's screamed bloody murder everytime I've put him down tonight. I'm wondering if we've spoiled him since he's not happy anymore when he's not being held...

I've been writing fanfics for the first time in over a year. If I ever have two hands free and I'm not trying to nap, I may manage to type and post them .

Don't consider holding as spoiling. All babies that young get anxious away from the warmth and food of mom. The world's a big place and they like to be reassured. My two kids were lap babies, they wanted to be held all the time too, but now they are little independant demons, so it hasn't hurt them at all. ^_^ It was a funny thing, while I was preganant and nursing, I could barely write, but as soon as I weaned both babies, the muse came back full force. I think its the hormones. ^_^

My family keeps telling me to let him "cry it out" but I can't stand to do that. Anyway, he's still so little there's no way he can comfort himself.

I do wish I could at least get him to sleep a little without my holding him though. I'm soo exhausted lately I'm barely functioning(I know, that's normal for a new mom;)

I will be so glad when he will start sleeping 3 hours or so at a stretch. Right now he's nursing every 1 1/2 to 2 hours. When did your babies start sleeping for longer periods of time?

Other than that, my fox can be a bit fussy but he's still the sweetest baby...
