mockingbirdqFox signed "milk" for the first time today (well, technically yesterday)
Over and over in fact. Every time he even saw me or a bottle. I may have created a monster ;)
He's applying the sign really broadly to mean any type of food or drink though. He signed it today for juice, baby food, cereal, milk and me (pulling on my shirt at the same time) It's interesting because we've been using the sign "food" for cereal and baby food but he haasn't seemed to have grasped the difference yet. Nourishment in nourishment in his mind, I guess.
My baby sign book said most babies don't begin signing until they're 8 or 9 months. Smart boy! (or just hungry ;)
