Dh was told today that his department is being "phased out" but they would find a "place for everyone". Translation: we will offer you an entry level agent job that pays less so we won't have to pay you unemployment. He has a degree for chr*stsakes and they will want him to work beside 16 year old high school kids?! Had my dentist ask today if it was a good place to work and I had to laugh. Outsourcing is a b*tch and that company is the worst!
We are now both looking for jobs elsewhere and leaving the second either of us gets a decent offer. I really wanted to keep the baby near my family, but we have to make a livable income...I even applied at Tyler ISD last week and I'm looking into Dallas tomorrow,,,
Fox has slept in his crib 3 nights in a row and taken a few naps there - and it was totally his choice - I never had to let him "cry it out" for hours like everyone has been telling me to do.
I love my baby *does happy dance*

at least they gave the reports crew notice - any idea on when they're supposed to "phase out"? And is that all of OSD, or just the reports crew?
This is shitty. I hate ETI.
