I have an offer -Finally! And it pays more than what Tomu and I made together when both working full-time. And it's an ESL position...

But it involves relocation. Pretty majorly. I hate to leave my folks here on their own but this is one offer I may not be able to turn down.

We have 'till the end of the week to decide but dh is already dancing with glee ;) I think we know what would be best, but we're checking into real estate, etc. before I give an answer to the school district.

Wow, that sounds like a good offer if it pays that much more. How much of a relocation is it? Sometimes sacrificing family has to be done in order to get yourself back on track.

So if hubby quits his job, can he find something better than where he is at now?

It's about 5 hours away outside Ft. Worth.

It's not so much that the job I've been offered pays so much and more that jobs here pay so little ;)

Yeah, dh will have a lot more opportunities there. He was so happy to give notice yesterday. His boss even told him he wasn't surprised because Tomu's can do a lot better...
