mockingbirdqFox walked today - 3 steps in a row!!!!
But of course it was at daycare so I missed it :(
He loves ducks, kitties, Elmo and doing the hokey pokey (don't ask)
ION - I will be home visiting Mommy for the week of Thanksgiving. I'm counting the days more than my students. I won't want to come back.
My students have all gone completely insane lately. 3 of my kids were moved to "alternative" school for beating the %*^&* out of each other over a girl, one of my girls (one of my favorites:( may be deported for having pot in her car and covering for her novio who it belonged to, and 4 of my girls have dropped out due to pregnancy.... On the positive our classes are smaller, but emotionally it kills me to see bright, beautiful kids destroy themselves...
I shouldn't even call them kids, in so many ways many of them are young adults... but they feel like MY kids anyway...
Maybe I should be teaching younger students instead. I just don't know.
